Grameenphone, the country's top mobile phone operator, has promised to double Grameenphone's network capacity and improve service quality within the next one year.
Today Tuesday (October 18) a Grameenphone delegation led by Telenor Executive Vice President and Head of Asia Jorgen C. Arentz Rojtrup met with the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications at the Bangladesh Secretariat.
At this time, Mustafa Jabba ordered Grameenphone to ensure the quality of service to resolve the customer's suffering.
